Are we low on listings?

Taking a historical look at our inventory, it’s clear we’re light on homes for sale. So we remain a seller’s market.  However, the higher interest rate has tempered our buying demand, so the current activity is “normal” for the Metro Denver Area. Spring will be a great time to list your home.
