My experience with The Rivera Team has been ULTRA SPECTACULAR! Why you ask? Because I have completed two (2) 1031 exchanges with this group in 2022 and each transaction has had its issues (don’t all 1031’s tho?). Melody Rivera was my Listing Agent and was available each step of the way to help us navigate the hiccups. She was so effective and informative, that I was able to follow along with the explanations where I felt heard and protected. That is what you get from a realtor with real life experience. Natalie Kay was my Buyers Agent and was disciplined to manage the transaction every step of the way – get the answers to the questions I was asking (because I actually read all of the documents word-for-word). Again, 1031s aren’t easy transactions and Natalie was able to get answers to those peculiar questions that arise from situations around zoning, using the tax deferred money and stellar at working through inspection objection items. Calli Ricker was the Transaction Coordinator on the deals and ensured we were getting the legal docs done appropriately and sticking to deadlines. That’s huge! Dates come up quickly-especially those dates that I (as the seller or buyer) need to meet. Each transaction had hiccups and Calli was there to help me meet the challenge. Saying thank you doesn’t seem like enough, but THANK YOU to The Rivera Team for your help, expertise, wisdom and friendship. I will share my experience with anyone and everyone! Job well done!!!
