This chart looks at a period of time from 1990 to the present. If you are a seller and you are concerned about the value or your home in the future you may want to consider selling sooner than later because what we know right now is appreciation is continuing. We are fortunate in our state that our appreciation has been on the up swing for the last 10 years. If you had to take a reduction, it should not affect you as we have all benefited from the continued growth in Colorado.
